A bit of confusion in this thread.
If you're looking for an Orders necro for IWAY, then Tainted Flesh still works, but OoV does not, as the spell has been changed to say that it doesn't work if you have another necromancer enchantment placed on you.
If you're looking for an Orders necro for the Tomb of Primevil Kings, then OoV is a great skill to carry, along with Order of Pain (OoP is there to cover the 2-3 seconds that OoV is down due to recharge/aftercast/casting time).
Here's an Orders build I use for my N/Me (I'm frankly to lazy to switch to N/Mo...hahaha) for ToPK...
Blood 16 (12+1+3)
Soul Reaping 13 (12+1)
Domination 3
Order of the Vampire (E)
Order of Pain
Blood Ritual
Blood Renewal
Well of Blood (just for sticky situations and to help regen on minions)
Vampiric Gaze (for when I get bored and want to attack at least once)
Hex Breaker
Ressurection Signet
I found that if you cast Blood Renewal on a regular basis, it almost perfectly offsets the sacrificing loss of OoV, OoP and Blood Ritual, without needing the self heals of the /Mo secondary. Yes, it's nice to have Heal Party as an Orders necro, but I found that it really distracts from your main function of having the Orders up 100% of the time.
